Model Casting
London Fashion Day® (LFD) invites runway models to register for upcoming shows in London. We welcome experienced talent, independent models, agency-represented professionals and strong new faces ready to work within a focused fashion-show environment.
The Presence Behind the Clothes
Clothes begin the story. Presence completes it.
Models give movement, attitude and rhythm to every collection. At LFD, the runway is a collaborative professional space connecting designers, models, stylists and production teams.
Every application is reviewed against the creative direction, sample sizes and casting requirements of each show. Registration expresses interest and does not automatically confirm selection.
What We Look For
More than one way to own the runway.
Womenswear Casting
Models are generally expected to be 174 cm or taller, with current, accurate measurements and digitals suitable for sample-size review.
Menswear Casting
Models are generally expected to be 178 cm or taller. Final selection depends on each collection, sample sizes and runway direction.
Experienced Talent
Agency-represented and independent models with runway experience are welcome to submit a professional profile, current digitals and walk video.
Strong New Faces
Previous runway work is helpful, but not essential. We also consider new faces with presence, discipline, confidence and a developing walk.

Current details make a stronger application.
Accurate measurements
Submit your current height, clothing size, shoe size and body measurements.
Recent digitals
Use a public portfolio or Drive link with clear, recent, minimally edited images.
London availability
You must be able to attend the required London fitting, rehearsal and show call.
Applicants aged 16–17
Selection and participation require written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Casting Journey
From application to runway.
Submit
Complete the application with current measurements, contact details and portfolio links.
Review
The casting team compares profiles with designer briefs, sample sizes and show direction.
Selection
Shortlisted models are contacted directly. Additional digitals or a casting may be requested.
Show Preparation
Confirmed models receive fitting, rehearsal, call-time and backstage information from LFD.
Participation Format
A professional creative collaboration.
Selected models participate on a collaborative TFP basis. The format is centred on professional runway experience, creative collaboration and credited event imagery where photographs are made available.
Image selection and delivery depend on event photographers and cannot be guaranteed in a specific quantity or timeframe. Full participation terms are confirmed with selected models before the show.
Travel, accommodation and personal expenses are not covered unless a separate written arrangement has been agreed in advance. Only apply if you can attend the required London dates and calls.
