Our platform and scope

London Fashion Day® is a curated fashion, media and event platform. We organise and support runway shows, presentations, showcases, castings, registrations, guest access, press and influencer accreditation, editorial publications, promotional activities and other related creative or cultural experiences.

The Site may include, without limitation:

  • public pages, news, schedule and editorial content;
  • registration and application forms for designers, models, media, photographers, influencers, guests, partners and other participants;
  • invitations, confirmations, ticketing or digital access tools;
  • event-related communications, media publications, galleries and promotional features.

Nothing on the Site constitutes a guarantee of selection, participation, invitation, access, accreditation, publication or commercial opportunity unless we expressly confirm this in writing.

Eligibility

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have valid parental or legal guardian consent where applicable.

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity, eligibility, age, authority, professional status or other relevant details. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or revoke any registration, accreditation, participation or attendance where we reasonably consider that eligibility requirements have not been met or where participation may present legal, operational, reputational or safety concerns.

Accounts, security and accuracy of information

If any part of the Site allows account creation, login access or secure submission, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities carried out under your account.

You must provide information that is accurate, complete, current and not misleading, and you must promptly notify us of any material changes to your details.

We may suspend or reject access, submissions or participation where information appears inaccurate, incomplete, fraudulent, unauthorised or inconsistent with these Terms.

Registrations, applications, invitations, tickets and attendance

Registrations and applications

We may accept submissions and applications from designers, models, media representatives, photographers, influencers, guests, partners and other categories of applicant.

All registrations and applications are subject to review, editorial discretion, event capacity, creative direction, eligibility, operational requirements, venue rules and safety considerations. Submission of a form or application does not guarantee acceptance, invitation, publication, accreditation, ticket allocation or participation.

Invitations and tickets

Where issued, invitations, passes, confirmations or tickets may be digital or physical and may be subject to specific conditions, including named use, time windows, venue-specific requirements, ID checks, access restrictions or non-transferability unless expressly stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to cancel, withdraw, reissue or refuse any invitation, pass, confirmation or ticket where reasonably necessary for security, capacity, operational, legal or venue-related reasons.

Programme and line-up changes

Event dates, venues, timings, line-ups, order of appearance, programme structure, access arrangements and related details may change at any time. We will use reasonable efforts to notify affected individuals where appropriate, but we do not guarantee that advance notice will always be possible.

Admission and attendance

Admission remains subject to venue rules, safety checks, capacity limits, accreditation status, punctual arrival, appropriate conduct and compliance with these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse, restrict or revoke admission or participation at our reasonable discretion.

Use of registration information and submitted materials

Where you submit a registration, application, accreditation request, portfolio, biography, image, video, social media link, website link, brand material, guest information, contact details or other submission through the Site or otherwise to us, you acknowledge and agree that we may use such information and materials where reasonably necessary for purposes connected with London Fashion Day®, including:

  • reviewing and processing registrations and applications;
  • participant selection and event administration;
  • communication before, during and after an event;
  • scheduling, accreditation, guest list and access management;
  • production, logistics, casting, backstage coordination and venue operations;
  • editorial, press, publicity and promotional purposes;
  • publication of line-ups, highlights, galleries, recaps and related content;
  • safety, compliance, incident handling and record-keeping.

We may also share relevant information with trusted third-party service providers, contractors, venues, production partners, media partners, technical providers and other third parties where reasonably necessary for the above purposes or as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.

Any use of personal data is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Fees, deposits and payments

Some parts of the Site or our activities may be free of charge, while others may involve fees, deposits, ticket costs, participation charges, add-on services or other paid items.

Where fees apply:

  • prices will be stated in GBP unless otherwise specified;
  • you are responsible for any currency conversion fees, bank charges, transfer fees or intermediary costs;
  • payment deadlines must be met to secure any place, booking, service or participation right;
  • where stated, deposits may be non-refundable or may be credited towards a total participation fee;
  • where stated, certain services, reservations, production costs or custom arrangements may be non-refundable once confirmed, scheduled or incurred.

If we are unable to provide a paid item or service due solely to our own inability to fulfil it, we will consider an appropriate refund or credit for the affected element, subject to the specific terms communicated for that item.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.

Cancellations, postponements and force majeure

We may cancel, postpone, interrupt, curtail, relocate, reformat or materially alter any event, programme, showcase, casting, media activity or service where reasonably necessary.

This may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • public health issues or safety incidents;
  • venue issues or venue withdrawal;
  • government action, restrictions or regulatory changes;
  • industrial action, strikes or transport disruption;
  • severe weather;
  • power failure, internet failure, platform failure or other technical disruption;
  • supplier, production or staffing failure;
  • security threats or other force majeure events.

In such circumstances, our liability will be limited to taking reasonable steps to reschedule, rearrange, substitute or otherwise manage the affected activity where practical. Where a specific paid element is cancelled and a refund is required under the applicable arrangements, any refund will be limited to sums actually paid to us for that affected element.

Unless required by law, we are not responsible for reimbursing travel, accommodation, visa, insurance, styling, production, shipping or any other indirect or third-party costs.

Code of conduct, access and safety

We are committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, inclusive and safe environment.

You must not:

  • engage in harassment, abuse, intimidation, discrimination or hate speech;
  • behave violently, recklessly or disruptively;

  • make unauthorised recordings in restricted areas;
  • damage property, equipment, garments or other materials;
  • impersonate another person or misuse accreditation.

We may remove, exclude, suspend or ban any person from the Site, an event, or future London Fashion Day® activities where we reasonably believe these standards, venue rules, safety instructions or applicable laws have been breached.

Photography, filming and media usage

London Fashion Day® events and related activities may be photographed, filmed, live captured, recorded or otherwise documented by us or on our behalf for editorial, promotional, archival, documentary, social media, commercial communication and related purposes.

By attending, participating in, contributing to or appearing at any London Fashion Day® event or related activity, you acknowledge that such recording may take place and that your image, likeness, voice, performance, name, brand, submitted materials or other identifying elements may appear in resulting content, subject to our Privacy Policy and Image & Media Consent Policy.

Where required by law, we will rely on the appropriate legal basis or consent mechanism. Where you have rights to request review, restriction or removal of particular content, you may contact us at [email protected], and we will review such requests reasonably, in good faith and in accordance with applicable law and our policies.
