This Image & Media Policy explains how London Fashion Day® collects, uses and protects images, videos and recordings of participants, guests and media representatives at its events.
1. Purpose of media documentation
We document our events to celebrate creativity and showcase designers, models, photographers and participants through editorial and promotional coverage.
Images and videos may appear on our official website, social media accounts, partner magazines, and press materials.
2. Consent for photography and filming
By attending or participating in London Fashion Day® events, you consent to being photographed or filmed in public or event areas.
If you prefer not to be included in specific content, please inform a member of the organising team on-site or contact us after the event.
3. Withdrawal of consent
If you appear in an image or video published by us and would like it removed, email press@londonfashionday.co.uk with a link or description of the material.
We will review your request in good faith and respond within 14 business days.

All photographs and recordings produced by London Fashion Day® (or by authorised partners) are owned by the organiser.
Participants and collaborators may not reproduce, edit or distribute such materials for commercial use without written approval.
5. Media partners
We collaborate with registered media outlets and accredited photographers. All media partners must adhere to ethical standards and respect the privacy of participants.
