Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Please check back regularly, as the updated Terms will apply to your continued use of the Site and future registrations. Changes do not affect registrations made before the update date unless the change is required by law.

Our platform and scope

London Fashion Day® is a curated fashion platform that organises runway shows, showcases, castings and related creative activities. We operate public information pages (e.g., news, schedule), registration forms (Designers, Models, Media/Photographers, Guests), ticket confirmations/invitations, and post-event media publications.

Eligibility

You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to submit forms or attend. We may verify identity, age and eligibility, and may refuse participation at our discretion.

Accounts, security and accuracy of information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, complete information and promptly update details when they change. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Registrations, invitations, tickets and attendance

  • Registrations: Submissions for Designers, Models, Media/Photographers and Guests are reviewed subject to capacity and event requirements. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.
  • Invitations/Tickets: If issued, invitations/tickets may be digital (including wallet passes) and non-transferable unless expressly stated. We may request ID at venue entry.
  • Programme changes: Event schedules, venues, time slots and line-ups may change. We will use reasonable efforts to notify accepted participants/guests.
  • Admission rules: We reserve the right to refuse or revoke admission in cases of overcrowding, safety, or breach of these Terms or venue rules.

Fees and payments (if applicable)

If any paid options are introduced (e.g., reserved seating, add-on services), prices will be shown on the Site. All payments, when applicable, are processed in GBP; currency conversion or bank charges are your responsibility. If we cannot fulfil your request, we will refund any sums paid for the affected item.

Cancellations, postponements and force majeure

If an event is cancelled or materially changed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to safety incidents, government restrictions, strikes, power/network failures, severe weather, or venue issues), our liability is limited to reasonable efforts to reschedule or to any applicable refund of fees actually paid for the cancelled element (if fees applied). We are not responsible for travel or accommodation costs.

Code of conduct and safety

We are committed to a safe, respectful and inclusive environment. Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, violence, unauthorised recording in restricted areas, or unsafe behaviour is prohibited. We may remove or ban individuals who violate these standards.

Photography, filming and media usage

Our events are documented for editorial and promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to appearing in photographs and video captured on behalf of London Fashion Day® and agree to our Image & Media terms (see Privacy Policy). You may request removal of specific images by emailing press@londonfashionday.co.uk; we will review such requests reasonably and in good faith.

User content and rights you grant us

If you submit content (e.g., text, images, links) to the Site or via registration, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit, display and communicate such content for event administration, editorial and promotional purposes, strictly in line with our Privacy Policy. You represent that you own or control all rights to the content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site or infringement of third-party rights.
